Electra’s long standing Quality Assurance philosophy provides our customers and OEMs with confidence, consistency and reliability.
Every Electra batch, no matter how large or small is fully Quality Control (QC) tested and must pass a combination of industry standard and stringent proprietary tests before being released for supply.
QC tests focus on physical and processing characteristics of the material as used by the customer as well as the cosmetic and final properties of the finished coating.
The focus on processing, cosmetics and final properties ensures our customers receive the batch to batch and end performance consistency they and their OEMs demand.
Traceability
All manufacturing records, QC results and coated test pieces are retained for a minimum of 3 years together with a wet sample of every batch.
Our ISO9001:2015 certified system and procedures provides full traceability from customer purchase order through to individual raw-material batch numbers and production operators/parameters.
